Why would I purchase an eBay template?

eBay users have been designing there own templates using free ones for well over 5 years now.

Using either there own HTML skills or using advanced design provided by companies such as ours.
In order to stand out from your competitors and promote brand awareness as well trust these are just some reasons
for taking the leap to buying an eBay template or eBay shop design.

I measure success by the obstacles you overcome the struggles you get through whilst maintaining that goal that belief that you will get to where you want to get to.
At Just Applications we welcome new customers and help them where possible identifying areas of opportunity, sales campaigns and providing tips on how to market themselves on eBay.  It’s not just getting you to purchase a template design we’re about building a long term relationship.

We have seen many customers who have achieved there target.  An eBay template is built to help you make more money by bringing to the visiting buyer confidence and the persona that you are a trust worthy company and that you offer a hassle free route to sale – which of course will lead to more business.

We have measured the increase in sales by 30%.  We do this by taking a snap shot of your turnover from the last 90 days before you come on board.  Obviously this is an average as some customers products could be seasonal.  We take regular monthly checks to see if the customer is improving and we typically see some increase in the first 3 to 6 months which is very similar to our SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) projects that we are also involved in.  Remember you still have to consider your ranking on eBay and previous sales history.

GTC vs 30 days - It's my opinion!

I have given this subject much thought over the wine and christmas turkey.  In my opinion GTC is a way of eBay making more money.

Well consider this before you shake your head! I understand the principle; I use eBay, but if you have over 100 listings and you are too busy to manage the load eBay will relist your items for you in 30 days (thank you eBay that is kind) but then they charge you for this service. Doesn't this reak of being a stealth tax? You might as well open up your front door and throw out 40p each month unless you are keeping an eye on your products and they are selling each time.  OK so it keeps the sold history see example but surely good feedback and polished images will mean you will get success if not more?  Positioning in search results again I haven't seen any evidence to prove this I suggest always doing 30 days as that gives a prompt to you to review why they're not selling.  Perhaps in ad-lister we can build some logic to say only if it sells then automatically re-list?

That brings me nicely along to the profit and loss utility due out in January 2012.  Version 1.0 is due out at the end of this week.  You can update your cost price and cost postage price via a spreadsheet and update all your inventory. The tool will then from that day forward retain all the fees incurred and identify the profit and loss.  So it would be good for you to implement this from February 1st.

On future releases we want to create some rules so that if people are using GTC we can advise them that if an item does not sell that in x days you will incur another 40p charge.

Remember the early bird fee is just £199+VAT a year this will allow you to assist us with any improvements to help you get more from this tool.  Ad-Lister will be focussed on saving you money as well as making you more money.
