In the past it has been very frustrating to receive negative feedback because the customer has clicked the negative option by accident. They they say ‘Sorry I made a mistake’
But fortunately it seems eBay have finally listened. Removing the negative option and replacing it with the Report this buyer option so its more obvious.
I only hope they look at the Report this buyer requests more closely as trying to explain that the customer left good comments but chose the wrong option doesn’t seem to do wash.
