You can pay using your UK debit or credit card, or via PayPal/Googlecheckout. We can also accept payment via direct bank transfers. We do not accept payment via Cheque or Postal Order.
With any of our work you will be asked for a 50% deposit before we commence the work. Once we complete the draft to your requirement you will be asked for the remaining 50 % balance. Payment must be received no more than 5 days after the final draft has been agreed by the Client.
There is a very simple reason for this – time is money. If we undertake work for you then we are committing to spending time designing the work and interacting with you. We need an equal commitment from our clients. If you are serious about commissioning work from Just Template IT then a 50% deposit should be no problem! You have seen the quality of our work.
Unfortunately, No; Just Template IT will have spent time working on your designs. Time does cost money. If you don’t like what you see, when we send through drafts, then you have two options; 1, cut your losses or; 2, more sensibly, tell us why you didn’t like the design and we will distribute the work to another designer and strive to give you something which is closer to what you had in mind. We aim to get it right – till your 100% happy. Please remember we are designers we aren’t likely to know your business so it’s important to tell us what you like, providing us with as much information as you can before we start.
Yes but only for existing Just Template IT clients who have already spent more than £1,000 on work from ourselves. Only under such conditions will Just Template IT consider you for end-of-month payment. An invoice will be issued at the end of the month (30th) and payment must be made within 5 working days.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. All prices are subject to V.A.T the only exception would be if the original brief changed wildly in size or direction. However, we would explain this to the customer.
We will design for you no matter where you are in the world, that is the beauty of the internet, but you will need to either pay by bank transfer or PayPal. Just Template IT has already designed for clients in the US, Italy, Australia, Spain, Germany, France, Poland and Ireland.

The Company

Just Template IT is a brand and is owned by Just Applications Limited.

All work is originally designed in either PhotoShop/Fireworks or Flash/3D Studio. When we release the files to the Client we can provide the work in a variety of formats (png, psd, jpg, tif, gif, swf and bmp) you decide!
Yes we do. All our work is archived and kept for you in case you come back to us to get something updated or you lose the files.
Although Just Template IT strives for quick turnaround times to bring your the results you want (typically the first draft in 7 days on receipt of payment) we will only offer rough estimates on timescales. This is due to the fact that unforeseen circumstances arise that can put back delivery times. For further details please look at the Terms & Conditions.

The Reseller

The brand name Just Template IT is for all of the design products offered under the company ‘Just Applications LTD’.

eBay Shops:

Sellers must meet the following requirements in order to set up an eBay Shop:

Have Direct Debit on file for payment of eBay fees (alternatively, the requirement for Irish sellers is to have a credit card or PayPal account on file for payment of seller fees), or
Have a Feedback rating of at least 10, or
If you have a PayPal account linked to your eBay account, have a feedback rating of at least 5.

If you meet these requirements, you can open an eBay Shop now. You’ll be taken through a step-by-step process to name your Shop, choose your Shop’s basic appearance, etc. You can have your Shop up and running in minutes!
